Support is responsive. Helpful when you're having a glitch. Sometimes emailing is better than calling, sometimes the other way. They're never both good at the same time. Be choosy with yards you accept, but a good place to get started finding customers. The landscaping leads idea feels forced and out of place.

it's a good app.. so far, I was worried about them actually paying out. But I've had no problems with getting paid. There's no training on the app, so you have to just figure it out yourself, witch cost me some money on a few jobs. the best way to find out about the app, is to read the F&Q in the help tab. once you make it up in the levels you get better paying jobs and first chance to accept them.. it's a great way to get your business up and going.. and the customer service is good to reply

It's a great app for anyone who is serious about starting a lawn care business or who has one already and either want to expand it or simply just want to get a couple extra clients for your routes. I 100% recommend the LAWNSTARTER app. It is convinient, easy and, very flexible. Other apps have too much commitment. With Lawnstarter, that is not a problem at all. Thier customer service is very easy to use and connect too. They have a unique response time and are very friendly. Highly recommend!
