FRAUD ALERT!!!! They can not only reschedule but they can bill you for both. There is no oversight and the support is email only. They have tried to take advantage of my mother, a retired first grade teacher and double charged a credit card ( which adds interest ) and when alerted to the error, they responded with requiring a screenshot of my credit card statement. My mother would never be able to provide anything like that. Still never reversed the charges.

App is challenging to use. Features like messaging the crew are not where I would expect them to be. But I learned - so that worked out. Service is sketchy. Mowing *occurs*, and is typically of acceptable or better quality, but they are incapable of keeping a schedule or consistent crew. Cancelations come - unannounced, half the time - at the last second or after the window expires. Hoping this is a product of circumstance or the current environment. If issues resolve, I will update here.

First time I used the service I got hit with the "long grass fee" which doubled the cost. The pictures they sent as validation were taken from a low angle so the grass looked a lot longer than it was. Based on our camera, footage the guy was there less than an hour so it definitely didn't warrant twice the price. EDIT: customer service was very helpful, they responded quickly and removed the extra charge.
