It works, but it doesn't work well. my phone died, and i got caught in the rain outside my apartment building. i had to wait 1.5 hours for my roommate to come back in order to get inside. having a phone needing bluetooth, NFC, and wifi instead a regular key and lock is a faulty system with plenty of things that can and will go wrong. it logs me out and sometimes flat out refuses to open a door. i dont have access to the gym or the stairwell and nobody can fix it. avoid this system if you can.

App recently logged me out and hangs for several minutes upon attempting to log in again. Several minutes later it gives a generic "Unexpected Error". Logging in on their website works. Their "support" article gives an infinite loop in its instructions, "7. If unable to log in, please repeat this process" as if resetting your password for the 4th time will help, especially considering the website accepts it as valid.

It's not okay for my door to be randomly unlocking. It's not okay for my door to not unlock when I'm standing right outside. And it's not okay that I've submitted support tickets and had the latest firmware and this still happens. I know Bluetooth is hard and you discontinued the model of lock on my door, but honestly it needs replacing. I don't get a choice as a renter.
