Will never use this app again. I think they are called Last Minute because they cancel your holiday at the last minute! The first I knew was when PayPal messaged me. They eventually sent me a cancellation with no explanation. I know have to sort out cancelling my travel insurance, trips booked, etc with no time left to book another holiday. Very disappointed. *they responded to this review telling me to go their help if I want them to investigate the matter. Too little, too late, app removed.

Nearly missed my flight because of this app. What was meant to be a pdf boarding pass for the return flight was in fact a pdf for the outgoing flight. I didn't notice this unil I was turned away at security. I double, triple, and quadruple checked that I was clicking on the download for the return flight and I was. Only just made it back to the front desk to collect a proper boarding pass and got to the gate as the plane was boarding. I got lucky this time but could have easily missed my flight.

After two replies from developers, no solution was provided. I wonder if they even comprehend the questions or do they even care to give you answers? I made a booking and for. 6 digit booking number instead of 10 yet developer just say sorry and don't give me a solution to this problem. I spend AED2102 on this booking and my money will just go like that? give me a solution to this problem that's all I'm asking for.

Hello, we are sorry for the confusion we created. In your confirmation email you should see a BookingID with 10 digits, this is the one you need to use to communicate with our agents. Hope it helps, The App team.
