It's the best (free) app for Tagalog learning, with a lot of good interactivity and a large and diverse vocabulary. I'm missing the language path feature (similar to Duolingo's) which was recently removed. Some sentences or translations contain errors, which I keep reporting but they never seem to get fixed. At least you can exclude these from your lessons.

It's not bad. There's a good variety of words and phrases. It relies on pictures and some of them are pretty vague or very close to others so you get wrong answers by accidentally mixing up the picture clues. The pictures can also be very small so that can also make it confusing. I have to restore my premium membership often (a couple times a day) in the settings because it will randomly stop showing me as premium member and suggesting I upgrade to premium. But it is a pretty good app

after using drops now for two weeks, I can say I'm relatively happy with it, there are plenty of languages available, and it's learning strategy is fun, and works well to build your vocabulary, challenges and winning streaks help to keep you motivated, premium membership although a bit pricey, gives you access to all languages, rather than one, which is nice.
