I love this game! But I don't know what you guys did, but when I chose to watch a video, nothing happens!! I just lost out on 100 gold bars because I couldn't watch a video and I didn't have 50 gold bars! I lost track at losing out on cold coins at 1500! Do you plan on rectifying this? If not, rating will go down even more! 12/24/21 Edit: Now when I go to watch video to get extra helps, the game just totally quits and exits. I lose everything including losing what I did plus whatever helps.

I love this game and it has become addictive but my problem I'm having is that the videos won't play when I try to double my rewards, the spin wheel won't spin (it gets stuck) then I have to close the game out because I can't press the 'X' button, also the gumball machine won't play the videos at all. I have cleared the cache and still the same problems

When I first starting to play this game, I loved it. Now, not so much. Even though I purchased the No Ads option, I still get ads. I get 95% ads to 5% play time! Now, I am constantly losing lives and boosters, because the game keeps freezing up on me. I have emailed the company twice, about the problems I have been experiencing, but I have not received a reply, either time. I have deleted this game app because you never followed through with assisting me in resolving the issues I had with the game.
