3 stars. So far no real issues with the operation of the app although I have not used it very long. The biggest issue and VERY ANNOYING is the app does not appear on screen or in the list of installed apps. My phone (Motorola) acts like it is not installed at all. I have to find, then open in the Play Store, which shows the app installed & up to date. According to various search engines, I must be the only one who has experienced this with any app as I could not find a solution

Is this an isolated incident or has anyone else using this app lost the feature of signing on with just a four digit code. It doesn't even offer me the option of accessing my account via thumb print. It only offers me the face recognition feature which doesn't even work. I really enjoyed this app at the start. Easy to use and super convenient. I don't like the fact that now I have to enter my full password to access my account. I understand and appreciate the security measures but bring back th

This app is literally impossible to use. There is no option to make a payment for a car loan it just tells you to link another bank account but each time you try it and go through all the steps it just loads on the app until you back out and start over. I guess if you're just trying to view your balances then it works but seems weird there isn't an option to make a payment.
