6+ mos user. App is problematic with freezes. A reminder notification from 6-15-2020 is stuck in notification mode. Attempt to open it and it crashes the app. It needs smoother functionality in the virtual office. Look at orders and select invoice, you can't step back to the order screen location you were looking at, you have to select menu and start your review from the beginning. Tracking is the same, except you have to relaunch the VO.

Very frustrating! This app logs me out & back in everytime I hit the back button. For 2 days now, it will not load my home page. I really do need this app but pretty frustrating & time consuming to use compared to using a Brower. Can't replay any of the training videos I watched. That really stinks as I need a refresher course once in a while. & you can't convert any of your training points for swag, still! New Stylist's need help & resources. This app is not really helping.

I love this app. It's very convenient. I love how it makes everything easy to access from one location. I would suggest that the social piece is more like linktree. Also, for rewards there should be a confirmation e-mail to ensure points are tracked appropriately and orders are completed. Lastly, I would recommend the contacts is made to link with our phones so we don't have to reenter information. Maybe we can incorporate fields for notes or addresses as well. Otherwise, I love it!
