⚠️ Warning! Do not rent from this car rental company! Customer service is the worst. Can't get a hold of an actual person, only email or text, and they respond days later. They charge bogus fees. I haven't rented a car or used the app in two months and they charged my credit card fraudulently, without my authorization. I hope you heed my words and find another reputable car rental company.

I apologize you were not pleased with our service. Our customer support team is available 24/7 and respond promptly. If you were charged fees immediately most likely it is due to parking tickets, citations or toll fees. We receive notification in the mail which means we charge the customer once we process the fee. Please!! if you rent a car. Be sure to take pictures of the whole vehicle Interior, exterior and gas tank. At the time of pick up, I was not informed of any pre-existing damages on the vehicle, which made it difficult for me to determine whether any of the small dings were a problem. Most rental companies mark out certain scratches with stickers or something on the vehicles to show that it's already been damaged. So that mean whoever does inspection has nothing to go off of.

We appreciate your suggestion and feedback. Thank you for also giving other customers the recommendation to take photos of all damage and the fuel gauge upon pick-up. It is part of the pick-up process since the vehicles are at lots where we do not have an attendant which allows the customer a quick pick-up all with their phone. - Team KINTO

Experience has been experience. The 1st rental was ok. This 2nd rental was a nightmare. Picked up the vehicle Wed 11/23 with no problem. But Thanksgiving morning, 11/24, it wouldn't start at all. I went the whole rental period not being able to use it and continued problems getting them to pick up the vehicle until today 11/28. The customer service tried their best but I won't be renting again.
