Really disappointed with this purchase, and would like to cancel usage. There's no nutritional section of the app as shown in the ads. There's no sound to the workouts, you can't even rotate the screen horizontally to make the image larger. There's no way to cancel in the app. I paid for a personal coach when the ads made it look like IM communication, its not - it's email. Almost everything about the ads for this app were misleading and I'm really angry about that.

This doesn't give you a personalized workout. It didn't even avoid workouts that are bad on your back when you say you've got a bad back the way it says it would. Half the time the app gets suck on the loading screen. There was no nutrition planning. There's no option to cancel in the app. You have to email them, or they just keep charging you. The "videos" are more like gif images that show the movements. No sound, so good luck working out while holding your phone.

Don't do it. This is one of those subscription services that is designed to be difficult to get out of. It's also the only subscription service I've found where it is impossible to confirm if you are 'subscribed' (aka having $$$ taken via direct debit). I had to email them to confirm if I was subscribed. No idea how long I'd been subscribed or how many payments they've taken. Daresay my request for a refund will be a total fail. I've never even used this app. Sigh. Classic subscription trap.
