First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the wishlist function, where you can make separate wishlists with customised names! I couldn't find an area to leave a review on the products, so I'm going to here. I have a few of their lip products, and frequently find myself reaching for their Coloured Lip Balm (found in the Skincare Section). I bought the shade 02, which has a light vanilla scent, and is very moisturising! The app is a little difficult to navigate, but it's not overwhelmingly so.

The app is not user friendly at all. The menus are incomplete and you need to enter half your details on kiko website (eg: address, wishlist, etc) and half on the app. The app uses different languages and currencies (I'm in Italy: some menus are in English, others in Italian and prices are in pounds). As it is now, the app does not have any sense.

Launched the app and told it needed updated but it won't let me update it or function on the most recent version of the Android system..on my older work phone it updated and works. But not on my new phone. Both run android. At a loss what to do. Enjoyed the app before but now can't use it and as it was updated only last week it's disappointing it doesn't seem compatible with the latest Android system
