I never had any issues about reedeming. I redeemed several times already and it runs smooth whether it is load, appliances and etc. I would like to ask when can i use the app again? There's an error when u logged in

This app not user friendly, problems with the barcode scanni. I have to scan a number of times before can get it through.

I cannot login even with reset password. Kindly do something about it. Even the reset password thru text will take forever with only an error wheb you login.
