I've been using this app a couple years with no issues until recently. The app signed me out. I try signing in and it keeps saying "invalid email or password". I've triple checked and both are correct. I tried resetting my password. I get the email, enter a new password, and then get a message......"uh oh....something went wrong". So, I can't access my account at all!

I've been a member for 2 years & I never had any issues before but recently the app is very buggy & it signs me out & won't let me back in or reset my password. This is the 3rd time in as many months. I also had a February monthly purchase diary disappear on the 24th day but I have contacted them & they've promised I'll get the 1000 points I missed out on because of it but I haven't received them yet. I'm very frustrated rn that I can't sign in. I've tried everything possible.

LifePoints is a legitimate way to earn money or rewards (e.g. gift cards for Amazon, Walmart, et. al.. When redeeming rewards, the transaction is quick, easy to navigate and (seemingly) safe. Don't be discouraged by not always earning the total offered amount of points when not qualifying; there are more surveys now than when I signed up (6-12 months ago, I think). Just keep taking the surveys and remember: Don't leave a survey (hit a browser button or the "back" button) without finishing!
