It's a little clunky as you have to actively search for the series each time you want to resume watching the series, it's ok if you are watching episodes concurrently but if you close the app, you have to go through the whole search process again to be able to resume watching the next video in that particular series but for a essentially free app from our library, I'm living with it.

I highly recommend Kanopy. The app works smoothly, the image quality is very good, and the selection is exceptional. You will find excellent films, documentaries, and TV series from around the world, all in their proper aspect ratio and with subtitles for international selections. This is the perfect app for true lovers of cinema and television.

I have wasted an hour to create account, load app and find it does not work using my T-mobile unlimited cellular data on an Android phone. I have wasted even more time going through all the trouble shooting steps to switch back and forth wi-fi vs data, cleared cache, uninstalled, reinstalled ... OMG - seriously not worth my time. I give it a zero rating. I will call my library and suggest our public dollars buy a competent service that actually works!
