I would give this app 10 ⭐'s if I could !! I have had excellent customer service via text messages this past time and one time had live voice call help . I still have voice messages saved from dear friends and family that have past , from 2009 saved . I have been through 3 cellphones since then , with a free mind not worrying about losing my messages . Thank you very much Voicemail Saver , I really appreciate your help and think the world of your app !!

I absolutely love this app. My dear husband passed, and VoiceMail Saver has given me the means for saving his voice, extracted from phones' voicemail on our active cell phones and our older inactive cells. I have subscribed to the Voicemail Saver service for two years now without regret or issues. The price is very reasonable. The app is easy to use as the creators provide easy to use instructions, and they answer questions.

I could not imagine a better customer support! I downloaded the app yesterday and had been having issues connecting my existing VM to the app. (It's an older model phone and I'm not the most tech savvy). I received an email today asking if I needed more help. I responded that I did, thinking I'd receive an automated email reaponse with troubleshooting. Instead, I received a prompt call from Arlus, who patiently and diligently walked me through steps. Wow! That's service! THANK YOU!
