Last update is very unfriendly for the users. App is geting too much time to load and also it's frequently showing logging error message. Highly disappointed about app

After new update app is useless. Can't even click the process payment button. Informed four time to customer care. But no response yet.

Trying to reload my mobile bill. But it saying " We ware unable to connect to the utility service provider to get utility charges. please try again little while". I'm tring since a week now. still same.
