Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

As per the company policy, the allowed mileage on the booking is mentioned in the terms and condition section in the confirmation email for the BKID 202199, and excess mileage on booking is charged from the customer`s card. Never book the car with them!!! There are many companies that are doing that how it is supposed to be! They will take your money without proper explanation for what you are paying! I paid 900 $ for the some extra "service " like they say, because of my fnes, but i didn't get any service! Its basically stealing! I gave the car back, everything was OK, they called be on next day and ask for 80 dollars for cleaning! Even though it costs 10 dollars! Customer care is very unprofessional WORST EXPE

Very bad people lot of miscommunication and also this people are not keeping up with the commitments. Even after cancellation they people are not refunding the money properly. The app is having lots of lease dealership who are not professionals. If we book a car we won't the same car instead they will give some other car and will ask us to adjust. Please my dear friends don't choose ezhire.
