Takes a minute to settle into the routine, but stick with it! I wasn't sure right off the bat how it was helping because I was struggling in my life. But as I did the exercises more, I found that what Iona was teaching me started popping up in my thoughts in certain situations. AND HELPING! šŸ˜Š. The check-ins feel like a friend always there for you, gently nudging to keep moving foward. Thank you for this app!

I've tried quite a few apps and this AI & and chat based UI have worked by far the best for me. I love that I can open the app in a moment of stress and then vent my emotions while also getting healthy ways to deal with how I'm feeling. It's like having a friend to talk to, but without waiting for them to respond to a text, and with a lot more mental health training. I also love that the sessions are short, and I can walk away at any time, and come right back to where I was.

For the most part the app is great. The exercises are useful and meaningful, you're learning new things everyday, and it genuinely feels like you're getting the extra push you need for the day, but there is one downside. If you have the free version you can only do one exercise and lesson a day. It's really not that bad for free but sometimes the lesson can be extremely short and you feel slightly ripped off by it like my last one. It asked me three questions and was finished for the day.

thanks Jonathan, that's brilliant feedback. It absolutely wasn't our intention to cut lessons short. This is something we will aim to fix asap.
