We have been working with InstaPay for almost 2 years and have had nothing but a great experience. Fast and on time payment, easy document submission and very prompt to assist with any questions or concerns. Their web interface is also a great tool for tracking payments. Have worked a lot with Haley and Stephen and they are always very helpful. We greatly recommend them!

It’s too late updating the balanced on e-wallet. We except that when we cash deposit is done within 5 to 10 minutes it should be in my e-wallet but it takes 2 to 3 hours in working days. Even waste in sat and sun days. We hope they will improved on this.

Hi Mr Abdullah, Are you referring to Cash Deposit Payment crediting? If yes then kindly be advised that if you have performed a Cash Deposit from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm then you will received the funds on the same day. If you performed the cash deposit payment after 5.30 pm the funds will be credited to your wallet on the following day.

Very very disappointed by the service of instpay, too bad service, i been hsing for long time, but now i want to boycott this app, very poor service. International transactions all cant approved, without you call costomer service, and when you call everyone will regret after call, and using instapay. Hope this message will help new people who want come to instpay., Zero star., Edit 08/04/2024, instapay is low more than if someone buy ticket and delivered money to family in pakistan,
