The bad: currently going through development, so it frequently (20-40%) won't process a "complete delivery" tap, and may never process to go offline, leaving a significant battery drain unless you force close it. The good: integrates well with maps, and typically organized pretty well for quick shopping. Could definitely do with some backend work, though. I'm having to call support several times a day due to sync issues, even where cell signal is strongest.

Buggiest thing ever created. I constantly have to restart the app to get it to work. Sends you to the middle of nowhere, but doesn't work without phone service. Doesn't recognize several items in stores as existing. Tells you you're going 10 miles for a delivery when you pick up an order, then your GPS tells you you're going 50 once you're done. I spent weeks getting to Platinum status, only for it to reset me to Gold, and they won't fix it. Awful customer service, too. Overall: Terrible app.

I love instacart. I've been on it for years now, and the app has improved a lot. Now the app still does have loading issues during the middle of orders, as well as checking out or getting addresses to people's homes to deliver. There are plenty of times where I've had to close the app out and restart it, or get on the stores WiFi for the order to sync. Not sure why this happens alot but I use the app at least 3/4 times a week and happens with every order. If fixed I could change my rating to a 5
