Downloaded the app so I didn't have to log into the web version every time, but I can't even log into it. Every time I try it says my credentials are invalid, even though they are EXACTLY THE SAME as what I use for the web version and I have no issues logging in there. It even let me change the password and then said my new password was invalid... Uninstalling and resorting to the web version. It's a pain, but at least it works.

Consistent punch errors. While on wifi I routinely get Offline mode. Punches will be saved errors. No punches are ever saved even though it will say they are. I'll log out and everything will be fine. Log in the next day and it'll show errors in the punch record. When the app works it's great but when you have 2 to 3 days each week with errors it b comes more trouble than it is worth as you have to submit your changes on the web page so just might as well do everything from the web interface.

Cannot clock in or out anymore from the app since update on 5/12/23!! Before that there was another update and the app wouldnt open, it just crashed! It seems to be ok with people with iphones but I have an Android! Before you ask, all my software is up to date, I've re booted my phone, unis talled the app and rebooted again! Still cannot punch in or out on my phone! Its stuck on searching my location! Even tried from my office! Please fix this!!!
