Sensa is a subscription-based app that offers several subscription options, starting from $30.99.

The subscription automatically renews unless canceled 48 hours before renewal. The subscription can be canceled by logging in to your personal account in the app, going to the subscription management page, logging into the Sensa subscription management page through the website, or contacting the customer support team via hello@sensa.health. If the subscription is purchased through the App Store or Google Play, it can be canceled only through your Apple or Google account. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel the subscription.

It's been a great experience as the bigger habits have been broken into smaller bits of eye opening details. I had never ever considered that things like automatic thoughts could be so relevant to my actions. Every single day has been exciting and a challenge as i find myself looking forward to a new aspect of my life which was never so serious before. I have seen an amazing change in myself and would recommend it to everyone who wants to unwind and relax.

Glorified habit and mood tracker There's like zero incentive to use the app. It's not engaging. I am aware of some of the reasons why people procrastinate, but the tasks seem to revolve around acknowledging how you feel. Which is necessary, but not doing anything for me. At first I started doing the tasks regularly and now I barely open the app. I wish they had tips/tricks. Also, reminders ARE NOT popping up at the right time. Not sure if that's the app or my phone. Probably going to cancel

Very dissatisfied with this app. It basically offers journal entries, but will ALSO set up recurring charges of $60 every six months. I thought I had canceled and they went ahead and charged me another 6 months. Good luck getting help- no phone number, and when I reached out via email to confirm cancelation, they wouldn't help me cancel or offer any refund. BEWARE- app is NOT useful or worth the over $100 I've now paid, and customer service is worthless.
