I think it's a great app and study guide. I paid the fee to upgrade to pro, I believe less than 6 months ago and used it periodically with other study tools. But when I went in to use it again and take a practice text, it told me I had to "upgrade to Pro" if I wanted more test questions. But I had already paid upgrade. I wish somewhere it would explain when you upgrade and pay the fee (which was small which is nice) But when we upgrade it doesn't say how long it lasts and it should.

App works well. Until you purchase it. After purchasing the features that worked before still work, but the rest of the program never activates. Multiple phone calls with voicemail left and multiple messages through the feedback function of the app received no response. It's been almost 2 months with no response. This would be a 5 star review if the app would unlock.

Like everyone else, I paid for the Pro upgrade and am not getting the services. It prompts me to upgrade and then says that I "already purchased" the upgrade. I read the website FAQ where this issue was addressed, but the company response "kill the background" is confusing. I messaged the company yesterday and am hoping to hear back with a resolution soon.
