I have struggled with anxiety and depression off and on (mostly on) for many years, and I can honestly say I've never come across any tool that consolodates progress tracking/journaling and training/mental exercises as simply and effectively as Lift. I can see it being a great addition to therapy, but also stands on its own as an amazing recovery tool.

I do not have premium, So far the free site has been great! It's given my mind something to be uplifted about and redirect my thoughts. The free site still allows you to journal, train/learn new topics, assign allies, and write in a discussion post. Part of my issue is that I can get overly tuned into my phone, so having premium would only encourage that bad habit for me because I'd be likely to use it all day :)

I'm loving this app! It has so many features to explore that help me grow and learn. The training is spot on, and I love the ability to keep track of my emotions in such detail. The tracker has helped me spot areas that I can focus on to keep me in a healthy state of mind. Highly recommend!
