Unable to order from app. Once you installed it, you can't return to the web based website. It will redirect to the app. You can't find your personal info on the app, even you've already updated on the website. Untill they fix everything I wouldn't recommend the app, it's a bigger downgrade than working on the website.

Edit: I always like seeing the half full part of the cup in my reviews, but this one doesn't have a cup to look at! Trying to log in: doesn't work despite putting the correct password. Trying to recover account: I receive a password recovery email, which takes me to a password recovery page, which, as soon as I input a new password and try to advance, it says the link is expired!!! So no way to access my account after all. The app is not usable. No way to use product's smart features.

App connected to my fan with no problems and works ok. The feedback of status to the app is a bit hit and miss. Doesn't always reflect the on/off state or speed properly. Connecting to google home worked but you can't do anything from google home on my phone, you get an on/off button that does nothing. My nest hub shows the fan, when I click on it, it shows as "on" briefly and then back to "off" and the fan does nothing. Voice control doesn't work. I'd be happy to buy another if the google home integration was working.
