The old app worked pretty much flawlessly. It won't allow my password vault to work for IPad and my android phone. I have to pick one, then copy & paste the other. Today, I find out that it won't load at all on a desktop (maybe IOS, not my acer laptop). I've been with Meritrust since it was BWCU in 1980, and for the first time, I'm thinking about moving my account to somewhere else. If you want to support the mobile (only) movement, have at it. I use those platforms, but I use a laptop too.

Love the app, love the people and customer service I've received since becoming a member. Everything is great about the app. Easy, simple, and clean cut. Really like fast balance and the widget for checking my balances. The only 1 thing I'd love to see is a dark mode setting. This would be tremendous as some people really benefit from not having such a blinding experience when utilizing. Other than than, Perfecto!

This app was working on my android phone for long time. Then I made an upgrade and the app didn't work anymore. It is an excellent application. I really love this app. I was doing all my transactions online. Then I removed it to reinstall it, and now says that LG V30 is not compatible and doesn't let me install it. 2nd try. Somebody from your IT found out that my phone needed an Android upgrade from 7.0 to 8.0 and boom, is working. Thanks
