About this app

You’ve just downloaded FNBT Mobile, our latest app with more features than ever. Now you can use fingerprint login, if your phone accepts it, and full mobile bill pay services. You can also make a mobile deposit by snapping a photo of a check, transfer money between accounts, check balances, or use location services to find our banks and ATMs.

One huge advantage for you is that our app is paired with our Online Banking services. That’s great because both use the same username and password to login. This means that if you sign up for one, you have automatically signed up for the other.

If you are not currently an Online Banking customer at FNBT, you can enroll within the mobile app. Click “Sign up” on the menu screen inside. You’ll fill out a short application to verify your identity, and then we’ll notify you (usually in 1 business day) when you’re registered. Then launch FNBT mobile and bank on the go!

The app simply will never ever accept my password no matter what. Ive even let someone i called about it set the password, wrote it down, and it only worked the one time. It makes it impossible to view my information. Edit. Not a minute after writing this, I deleted the app and reisntalled to see if that fixes it. Nope, made it worse. Now it wont even acknowledge my credentials. It just keeps saying use valid credentials.

I was getting the service not available, try again later. The issue was that my password had expired. I had to log in from a web browser, and it prompted me to change my password. The app used to prompt me to change my password when it was time. I'm not sure what changed, but that needs to be fixed or a better error message needs to be given. I tried for 4 days to log in before contacting the bank to find out what was wrong. I thought the app was broken.

It would be really nice if you could get this app working again! I've used it every day due the last few years, no problems and now for the last 4 days it will not work. Says "SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE". I depends on this app to know if I'm in good standing or not.
