First Community Credit Union

The app and website have been down at least 2 times very recently. It's ridiculous that a couple days before Xmas that people are not able to access account information or card controls on their debit card. the app does let you in sometimes transferring money between accounts or paying your loan just does not happen. I made a loan payment on the app and it didn't register. First Community was a good credit union but now they have an app that is inferior to all other apps on my phone.

There is definitely work to be done on making the app properly mobile friendly. Several of the features still feel like rough ports of the mobile version of a web page. Specifically the credit card features, which have a tendency to crash and are hard to navigate

Bad. It doesn't like to open or load. I keep thinking maybe it's out of date but that's not the issue. I've had it across a few models of phone over the years and the problems have persisted. I still use it because have to, but I wish they'd make some improvements to the functionality and reliability. Edited: A year later, I'm taking off a star. For the past 6 months I've had to uninstall and reinstall this app once a week because it randomly stops letting me log in. PLEASE do better.
