Cashing a check through the app is a 1 hour endeavor. If you don't have the pictures taken absolutely perfectly, not too bright, not too dark, no wrinkles, in under 10 seconds from logging in you are logged out due to "inactivity". Overall the process is extremely clunky and buggy. It would almost be more convenient to drive the two hours to the bank, deposit it, and drive back, with almost none of the frustration.

The app gets the job done, for what I need mostly. Although, it never fails, I always get kicked out or the pictures of the checks take about 10+ tries (not over exaggerating) before it deposits or I give up and have to go in the bank in person to deposit. What is the use of mobile deposit if it does not work the way it's supposed to. I don't have this issue with any other app, trying to take pictures of any legal documents, receipt, checks, or etc.

I will change my review if they ever fix the issue. Mobile deposit was excellent until about 6 months ago. It suddenly started kicking me out mid deposit. Sometimes it will work after getting booted out of app & re logging in after about 3 times. So I try every so often now but usually end up having to go to the bank to deposit. Since the bank keeps checks when deposited I have to make photo copies for my records ....mobile deposit with this app is frustrating & time consuming. May find new bank
