APCU has been very helpful. You can call them right through the app and they are always very helpful. You can pay others through the app. Their app is easy to use. I can make transfers between checking and savings easily. I love the mobile check deposit. It makes it very easy to deposit a check from anywhere. You can go to your settings and change any information, email, password, phone number, etc.

I have encountered several times when the app was slow and failed to display account information. I have also experienced times where the account displays of transactions was incorrect. For example, I logged in to review information. I logged out and logged right back in and the display did not reflect the information that had previously viewed. I was confused. In the end, there were no errors. However, I didn't feel confident in app.

This app worked beautifully without fail. Life was great. Right up to the update in March. The app starts to open and then closes back down. If you use it be sure and and put access to your bank account on your computer too. Now in September everything's right again... Except now photo deposit of check doesn't work anymore. Enter the amount, take the picture and the app goes back to the sign in screen.
