The app never saves my password correctly; it automatically inputs my password but then, ever so helpfully, clears the username. What's the point? And the mobile check deposit camera frame needs to be recalibrated. Don't even bother trying to use the automatic capture. Otherwise, it works fine for a banking app. Like many, I was forced into Old National after First Midwest was sold, so I'm not too happy, but FM's app was just as trash.

Overall Great App! :) I only deducted one star because downloading my estatements is always a pain even when I have the Adobe Acrobat reader and it is updated. I believe one time it might have been a browser issue or maybe every time. Possibly other download options would be great. I've banked with you all for a very long time and love the quick balance and aesthetically pleasing and easy to use app, but I have always had issues with that no matter what phone device I have used. :/

It is the little things in life that are easily overlooked. This simple-to-use, fast & responsive app has neither crashed nor closed once and it is a perfect example of said small things in life that simply work! Polar opposite of what I was accustomed to from my previous bank's horrible app! I give it 6 out of 5 stars any day! Thank you for caring about your customer's time and the others like myself with limited computer skills, if I can figure out how to use it, you can too. Guaranteed! -Adam
