I really like the mobile app. It is functional and I can easily access it with my thumbprint or my passcode. I think the one thing that needs serious improvement is the check deposit option. I am glad it has this feature; however I have to sometimes take a picture of my check multiple times before it will send it through to be deposited. I have had to go up to the bank before after trying mobile deposit several times with failed attempts.

This is an easy-to-use app that does all the everyday actions--bill pay, transfers, etc--and does even more, like opening accounts and loan applications. However, accepting offers in app works better if you contact your branch. (Has resulted in opening a new account instead of accepting an offer on an existing one.) ** It would be great if the app had the same spending tracking that the full website does. I'd love to see my pie graphs and spending targets within the app.

The banking system is fine, but it seems with the newest upgrade some features are not working properly. The app will crash occasionally and features will be offline. The check deposit funtion does not work for me. I also wish there was a function to send and receive money from other institutions/ people, similar to Zelle.
