A combined login experience allows Members with both personal and business accounts to use a single app. Members may save a separate username and password for personal and business accounts. After logging in, users will see separate personal and business experiences.

Easy to use, solid banking app. Generally intuitive navigation, although I often hit the "back" button on my phone out of habit, instead of the one on the app in the upper left corner. Even then, it asks if I want to exit, but that's really the only hiccup I ever encounter (and that's not really much of a problem). RCU is a fantastic credit union!

pretty user friendly, not many problems, just wish the login was easier. **Update** My last review was based on the fact that I did not have a fingerprint scanner on my previous device. Since using the scanner, it has streamlined the use of this app for me. This has been one of my most useful and well utilized apps. If I could change anything, it would be the ability to check my credit score and what has caused it to move up or down. A very user friendly app, and very good customer service.

Hi Logan, thank you for updating your review, and we're happy to hear you are able to use fingerprint login now! You can access your FICO Score! Tap on the "more" button on the bottom right inside the app, and it is the 10th category down. Once you go in there you will see "Key Factors" affecting your score. Hope this helps!

Wish I would NOT have upgraded to the new app setup. The text is a thin black lettering and backgrounds are white for all accounts main view. Blends together. The former was more esthetically pleasing and distinctive. Moving money between your checking and credit card now takes an extra step/click. Not sure who tested and approved, but it wasn't a normal end-user... It's a change but not an end-user improvement.

What's new

- New mobile check deposit experience: enhanced image capture engine for fewer errors; ability to deposit multiple checks in the same deposit; and improved instructions.
- Improved login experience for users with saved personal and business login credentials: users are now prompted for the saved credentials they wish to use.
- Resolves issues with links to specific app features from external sources (such as email or rcu.org): these links now open in-app.
- Various enhancements and bug fixes
