Unresponsive developers, and no way to actually contact them. If you call Bayport to report a problem, the best they can do is forward it to a black hole. Inadequate testing. When they broke the "Remember me" button, the best solution they could come up with was to tell you to uncheck the box and require you to manually enter your username every time, when even the most basic QA should have detected that problem before it made it into the live app. Poor image recognition on check deposit.

It's a fairly decent app, but when trying to get to the login screen, it's not uncommon for it to "not respond," and have to restart the phone in order to get in. Also, doing things such as adding traveling notes, and retrieving statements, could be a little easier. But, an OK app overall.

BayPort CU Mobile app is awesome. I love managing my account any time I want, or need. I've been using it for over two years now. I use it so much. I rarely go to a physical branch anymore. It's only given me a problem three times, and one of those was operator error 😆 it's so convenient, and easy to use. The layout is very simple. I highly recommend it 👍
