Crunch Fitness

Recently signed up for Peak Results. Gym is nice but the app is absolute trash. It won't load any of my progress or data for challenges. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled numerous times, restarted phone. Disconnected and reconnected devices and associated fitness apps.... nothing is helping and people are the front desk aren't helpful at all. :(

When trying to record workouts, it has had me have to reinstall everything more than once, so I stopped using the feature. Does not keep accurate track of all gym visits . Constantly missing days each week. Is convenient to sca. In with my phone. Having all the different equipment listed is great. Just wish it was a little more user friendly.

I am an Android user and would really appreciate that being considered with the app. It has an option to connect different apps and Samsung health is not available that is very frustrating because the work I'm doing outside of the gym is not being accounted for. Please add that in it would be appreciated. On the other hand the staff at the Waco Texas location are incredible and definitely keep us motivated.
