This app stopped working around 2019 - won't accept my login credentials. IBX has advised me to Uninstaller, then reinstall. This fixes the problem, until the next time I try to log on. I've gone through this process multiple times, and it's getting old. Can't even reset the password, because it asks me to answer a security question, without showing the question. I'm done with this app until they fix it.

Per usual android version sucks or they don't focus on it. How is it I can sign into the website just fine yet I keep getting password or username error messages when signing into the app. There are issues submitting reimbursements for your spending account, you submit it & the app says submitted but stays on the same screen only for you to risk backing out & potentially canceling the submission. Then to see it indeed didn't submit. I was signed in using the biometrics & it randomly stopped..

Reminds me of phones from 20 years ago when you would end up in a menu and a function would be listed but it would basically be a dead end. Finding a provider is impossible. Everything has to be done through the website and that is as glitchy as can be.
