Never had a problem with this app and have used it repeatedly. I would like to suggest there be an option to order and have someone else pick up for you by submitting their name. Of I order my kids can't pick up because they have to show ID and credit card. I can send the cc with them, but not giving them my DL.

App froze up and was not easy to navigate. Better than using their website to order, but still very frustrating and took way too much time to order.

I've tried it several times, but it always freezes up. Especially if I sign in, rather than using the guest mode.
