I would give the app by itself 5 stars because its convenient and easy. But I'm only giving 3 because of few experiences I've had. A few mess ups with my order and a few times I've waited an excessive amount of time for a delivery (2 hours and 30 minutes) after an approximate time of 75 minutes. After 2 hours of waiting and calling to find out what was going on I was told that they hadn't updated the mobile orders on their system so they didn't see it. All I got was a sorry and have a good night

The only complaint I have with the app is there isn't an option to add other toppings to most of the sandwiches other than the toppings they come with when ordering in the app. Edit: just got home with my order, don't bother using the app cause they didn't bother with the specifics like cutting the pizza in squares or swapping the marinara for red sauce.

3.5 It's a great app but sometimes it won't let me order. I try not to order late at night especially close to closing, but sometimes my husband and I don't get off work until late at night and since they're right by our apartment I've ordered an hour before closing a couple times. It won't let me do it on the app if it's that soon but their website will. It also makes me restart my order completely if I hit the back button that's on my phone instead of the back button on the app.
