Lacks the finishing that a community-based app requires.... I signed on to the concept but reality isn't good. There are no safeguards against bad actors other than some warnings. There is no functionality to adjust for on-route stops. When riders are recommended, there is no way to review the profile before sending invitations. Overall, this is a sub-standard operation. They are not responsive to the community either.

Terrible app for both driver and passenger. Not in the mood to write long message now but just finding rides on other platforms with easier communication is much better. Also it puts maximum price for driver which is pretty low and if they add stops on the way it doesn't allow to chose time there or for example select as stop for only drop off.

Thanks for your feedback. We operate strictly under carpool regulations. In order to comply with them we need to cap the max price of 15 c/km. It's worth mentioning that offering any kind of commercial service is not allowed. If a driver will do stops on the way, they can communicate it with their passengers before the ride.

Scamm app they keep taking your money eventhough the drivers cancel, let's say you are in a hurry and you need a driver so you keep requesting a driver everytime you request your money is taken and if the driver cancel the money taken anyway, so you could keep getting canceled many times and they always take your money and then you wait 3 years to get refund and they take fees anyway ... bs app do not try it

We are sorry to hear you feel this way. When passengers place a booking request we perform a pre-authorization on their card, which is not a charge yet. If the booking expires, is declined or withdrawn, the pre-authorization is dropped off and the transaction disappears. We have sent you a follow up message, please check it out.
