I would have rated it five stars if there's an option to enter email rather than key to activate this app in second phone. Even when I subscribed it didn't show my email in the app. Worst thing about this app. Kindly Change this feature so that we can easily give our friends the access. Moreover a key is dangerous if leaked. For email it is easy to remove any email and terminate access for a specific user.

Have been using for a while and worked well, but now having trouble and don't who to contact, in the app it says I need to buy a premium to access certain location (which I did) then I go and press to buy the monthly subscription again and it says I'm already subscribed, don't know what to do, plus the only location I bought this mainly for is sometimes there and sometimes missing. A bit annoying really!

Hello, you can contact our team at staff@hide-my-ip.com so they can resend you your license key. You will just have to click the button Unlock and insert it there.

Does anyone feel like sharing their license key? I cant use a US server without one. I get the idea behind this, but why would I pay for the service before I can test it out to see if it meets my needs? Bummer because there are several U S servers. I really hoped to try this app. My paid service ended 2 hours ago and im switching because they failed me. On to the next i guess.
