Dangerous! The buggy software will take over control in random places, all of a sudden and slow you down when you are in traffic. The throttle completely doesn't work anymore. Then it randomly works again. This can be so dangerous if you are trying to get out of the way. Very poorly implemented software. Frustrating and potentially unsafe! Nobody on their support teams responds when a scooter is broken and you ask for a refund. Save your money (and maybe life!) and take a taxi.

Misleading "unlimited" plans, thats are limited both in time per ride and number of rides. Overly restrictive zoning in Orlando, especially for a tourist visiting Universal Studios (How comes there is NO spot that is easily walkable to the parks where one could park a bike?!). Limited availability of the bikes outside of 2 specific spots in the operating zone in Orlando. No in app search and navigation. App forces you to take a picture when you park, while the timer still ticking.

I have been charged 28 euro for a 3 minutes ride in Pisa, despite the app said the ride was closed, after I sent the picture of the parked scooter. The app had obvious issues with closing the ride. Customer service refused to do anything. Never happened before with any other e-scooter app. Look for BitzMobile in Pisa, much better and more reliable app!
