I'm thoroughly impressed with my Lexi hearing aids! While I'm very satisfied with the hearing aids themselves, I do think the app needs some improvements. Specifically, I'd like to see the ability to power on the hearing aids directly from the app and a more seamless pairing process when returning to my phone after a period of separation.

Good B1 hearing aids but...coming from a top line, expensive brand aid that refuses to update their app to function with newer Samsung phones, I'm still disappointed in Lexie. I'm glad these connect to both my ZFlip5 and S23Ultra, but bummed that "powered by Bose" doesn't give me easier personalized settings, location in case I lose them, or visual "in the app" of battery life. Considering any top brand of streaming ear bud will do this, Bose could have done better for $800.

As others have commented, the hearing aids are fine but one doesn't buy just a device - you buy the whole product, including the application. The problem is that this app doesn't maintain connection with the devices and doesn't re-establish connection when you turn them on. That is, you have to start or re-start both the app and the hearing aid each time you want to make a change...mode, tone, volume...through the app. It's pretty basic stuff to fix...meanwhile, we wait.
