nothing wrong with the providers neccesarily, but this is the worst app I've ever used for ANYTHING. Doesn't send notifications, doesn't allow you to speak with providers directly if something comes up. Constant crashes. I'm forced to use this because my insurance won't cover anything else. Horrible.

This app does not give you the ability to connect with the mental health therapist directly. I have three different appointments that the therapist never picked up on and was randomly canceled either hours later or the next day. When I asked the only phone number provided for patients what to do they insisted all I can do is wait the session is marked as running late for the provider which they never answered three different times. You can't see the person you sign up for.

This whole system is very buggy. Appointment times in the past show as upcoming, providers are unable to get past my google voice, they no-show appointments and cancel 3 minutes after the scheduled time, etc. I get an email that I have a new message but I log in and there's no new message. This platform is not reliable.
