App does not let you link your account. You can't even get started to use the damn app. Gives you error notifications constantly, saying to try again later. Been trying to get it to work for 2 days. Sent an email about it and have received no response. Not only that, but the website itself doesnt work either. Very frustrated with this service.

The app always crashes or says we're having trouble finding your information. It doesn't let me know how much of our deductible has been met and if I try to find care in my area, it crashes. We switched from cigna and their app worked perfectly. This one is horrible. You're wasting your time installing it.

I keep having issues with the associated number not having anything to do at all with the person linked to it. Or if it is the right number they won't be practicing there anymore or if it says accepting new clients, give them a call and they aren't. That may not be the apps fault but it's still an issue I'm facing and it's still frustrating.
