Just did the update today and it won't let my child play. It gets to the "please select a door", he selects then it says "please wait" where it then kicks him back to " touch your picture". It doesn't matter if there are 60 new games when your child can't even get on. Very frustrating. Tried several different devices and it's all the same.

I am a teacher and parent, I need this app for my students I was able to download it successfully on my desktop, iPad and galaxy phone for use. At first I experienced difficulty on the desktop, I troubleshoot via telephone with the hatch tech, now I can access the hatch anywhere. In my opinion the hatch is an excellent educational program which, while children are digitally engaged learning is taking place

This is great. It's been hard to keep my son educated and entertained while I need to work as well. We just downloaded and installed the app and he is loving it. I'm listening to the audio and it is cute, funny, educational, and engaging. Thank you so much for making this. 1 minor request is that you work on password manager integration; I tried to login with dashlane and it kept clearing the input
