Despite what their comment says, I was using the most recent version of the app at the time. I've since dropped my rating down to a 1 because I have constant issues with getting my order picked up on time. In addition, I hate that the app doesn't default to a 20% tip. I just had a washer cancel my order because they only text to tell me I was here. I've blocked her because I've had issues with her before.

Here's the problem I have with this app ( Or should I say problems ) the pickup time for starters was about 8 hours past the pickup window . I thought it happens but then it was about 8 hours past the drop off window , Wouldn't have been an issue and really still isn't except for a whole day ruined waiting but then about 7 days into the 14 day trial they decided charge the full premium amount!? Did the meaning of " Trial" change somewhere I'm not aware of!? Fortunately it was declined because t

The service is great and their support team is good, but I haven't been able to use the app itself on my Pixel in a month! Force stopping or closing the app doesn't work, it just keeps reloading and flickering through pages constantly.

I put my pants on just like the rest of you - one leg at a time. Except, when my pants are on, they were washed by hampr. Now with assorted performance upgrades.
