Although seamlessly working for 3 months, the app just crashed and lost connection to coviva. Not sure if it is the app, or something happened with the device. Online led is on, status in the portal indicates "unknown". Restarted everything (router, coviva, mobile). Re-installed also the app. I can't get to the device config either from the app or from the portal. Looks like I have to call the installer and this is just frustrating. Horrible experience, lost my trust to this automation solution.
