Went through a whole intake flow for ADHD only to find that the app has little to no content on ADHD AND you don't even get to view your results from the intake. Opening the app for the first time was really annoying being to go through all of the explanations before even accessing the content. Cancelled my trial and deleted the app within 30 minutes of downloading it.

I wanted the app because on instagram it was advertised that it helps you read books better. I didn't find that on the app. I was then charged twice for a PDF file which contains a few charts. 29.99 USD is quite overpriced for that kind of content and I believe I was tricked into buying something I didn't want using exactly the kind of techniques that work on people with ADHD (big colorful button, small letters maybe somewhere on the footnotes saying how much it costs).

Similar to many other reviews - the app is underwhelming and a lot of admin to keep up with. Also like many other reviews, you charged me for a pdf that I never agreed to purchase. I have now sent 10 emails to your support team, with no useful response. How can you have so many users complain about this charge, apologise in the comments, mention that you will fix it, and then continue to do the same thing? Get in touch, I want my refund.
