I've had longplus for a few years. When it works it's great, originally the company helped me fix errors I would get but I've paid for yearly subscription cloud packages and only 2 of them (mostly) consistently work. My other cloud packages don't work and it deleted vital footage I needed. Just disappeared. It takes a long time for the camera feed to load. I use to recommend these to everyone, now i feel stupid. I'll update my review if I become happy with the 'service'

I don't do this that often but had no real issues installing the app or the feeder. A couple of notes: When you install the micro sd card, the camera will pester you to format it. You need to install the app, create and verify an account, have the camera scan the QR code from your phone, link the camera to your network, then you can format the card. Now that it is done, everything seems to be working fine.

I hate this app! The camera looks good but it always takes forever to load the image from the app, i keep trying to buy the cloud packages and it never works, none of the features work. I never get any alerts from the camera and the app is super slow. I feel like the only protection i get from this camera is the look of it on the outside my house, definitely would be no use in an emergency.
