Mobile deposit tool refuses my pictures every time no matter what, going on 3 weeks now, showing error code 499 each time. I called and support had no other ideas for me. This is a bug that must get fixed!

love that call when weird activity in my account. example: I buy something in League City, and 5 minutes later, I'm supposedly in Australia buying gas. 😆 thanks for stopping that Transaction ☺️

Have to login in twice aslo everytime now. First login goes though then it returns you to the login screen and you have to login in again
